  • Establish an iterative financial model at various scenarios.
  • Development of a capital and operational phase financial model.
  • Determine NPV and IRR values of the Project with various parameters.
• Procurement, Construction and Development:
  • Detailed and transparent procurement and tendering processes.
  • EIA and Corporate Social Development approvals.
  • Procure plant and equipment at appropriated stages of the project development.
  • Project management of the construction of the process plant and related infrastructure.
  • Commissioning of the process plant and mining operations.
• Commercial Production:
  • Management of the total operational process, from mining to gold production in dore format, to ensure the optimum production at the highest efficiency.
  • Ensuring that all HSE and environmental protocol are adhered.
